I am a physical therapist who is commited to helping individuals recovery from injury and improve their overall well being. Physical therapy involves the treatment or management of pain, disability and impaired movement by means of massage, myofascial techniques, joints mobilisations and exercise.

By applying evidence based assessments and treatment, I can address a wide range of physical concerns, from chronic pain to sports injuries. I like to apply an holisitc approach to my assessments and treatments, I take a whole person approach and work with patients to address any underlying issues that may be contributing to their physical concerns.

I enjoy taking time to listen and investigate the root causes of pain and disability, my goal for all my clients is to reach a successful conclusion. There is no reason why any of us should live with pain and discomfort.
